Spring Break in the Northwest

Two Weekends ago was the 2010 Upper Wind River Festival in Carson, Washington.
It was an all weekend festival with Saturday holding the mass start R2 raft races,
and Sunday holding the mass start kayak and R4 races. Over 13 kayakers showed
up for the short boat race, a forty minute long, three mile-long sprint race down the Upper Wind River,
a class IV section full of boulder gardens.
